I have a great friend that lives in Perryville that has a 6yr old singleton with Autism. They are having a hard time right now with her and their ped. it not very helpfull. Does any one know of a good Developmental Ped. in that area. She goes to a great Dr. in St. Louis once a year but needs someone close to home for everyday things and someone that is one the same page.

Recently this Dr (current ped.) wanted to put the child on a med that is NOT recommended for children. Needless to say she did not do it!
