Does anyone on here receive the brain injury waiver for their child? Our slots came up for our triplets who each has cerebral palsy. One of our son's was denied today and we are awaiting approval or denial on the other two.

I am at a loss because we have spent nearly two years running back and forth to therapy. We have spent our life savings for me to stay home and have some part time help. We also have other children. Our main needs and desires from the waiver is to have the medicaid to supplement our insurance and the respite to have a break.

I would love any advice or insight into the appeal process.
