Kaeleb woke up in a great mood! No morning cry fest. No tanturms. He took his meds without a complaint and has been chompin' happily on Cherrios! I am shocked! LOL!

The older girls are working on their school work, the younger girls are assembling puzzles and watching Backyardigans, Abbi is at school, and Kaeleb is just pleasant! How great is that? I even had a moment to bake a loaf of soda bread! Wow, it's like a Martha Stewart day around my house!

And, to top it all off, it's in the low 70's outside! YEAH!!! Our A/C has been running non-stop for the last month to keep the interal temp around 75 with the outside temp in the high 90's. What a welcome break from the heat. My pocket book is thankful too!

Anyhow, hope everyone's day is going well. We've put our crazy Tuesday behind us and things are lookin' up!

That's fantastic! I hope the new med changes are going to work great for him!!

So far, so good on our morning here. No baking bread here, but I am gonna throw some ribs in the crockpot in a few minutes.

I actually flipped the heat on this morning cause it was really chilly.

I'm so glad to hear that Kaeleb is doing better today. I've been thinking about you a lot the last few days (since your post about the day when your little guy really hurt himself). I know how hard it is to watch my son when he is having a bad day. His 'bad' days in now way compare to what you experience with Kaeleb and my heart breaks for you that you have to watch your son go through this and how helpless you must feel.

I'm smiling a BIG smile for you right now girl!.

Hey - I made a loaf of bread too Thank goodness for Bread Machines!. And the heat here in Vegas has finally broken. I can now chase my kids out in the yard the second they get home.

Our morning has been pretty good. The kids weren't crazy about skipping school but they had fun playing w/ my dad.

The weather is great here too, the kids played out in the yard this morning and it feels wonderful! We took a stroll down the street (we live on a dead end) and they rode bikes in the driveway. Got the Power Wheels batteries charging up for the baby sitter so they can go out again and get good and tired!

Lets hope the calmness of the day follows me on to work tonight! Maybe all the crazies will stay home tonight!

That's awesome news. I hope that his extreme behavior of last week was at least in part due to him just being under the weather or something. Enjoy the rest of your day.

That's awesome! I Googled those meds and couldn't find anything to indicate they would worsen the symptoms. Maybe it just took a few days for the full effects to reach him?
