#397, "Potty Training"

My boys are will be 2 1/2 on the 22nd and I am determined to have them potty trained by the end of the summer. One is definately ready, plus he's a pleaser, so I'm not too worried about him. The other two, I'm not so sure about. They are aware of dirty diapers, but not too concerned about the potty AND they are both very strong-willed. Should I start with just the one who I think will be ready or should I try all three at once? This seems to me one of the most daunting challenges of triplets so far. PLEASE HELP!!
P.S. Anyone heard of or have an opinion about the book "Potty Training in Less Than a Day"?

i recently trained my girls, Honor seemed ready a few months ago, so i did her and it was really quick, 10 days and she was sorted, she's dry at night now too! Eden and Liberty were pretty daunting, they seemed really defiant about it at first! but after an awful first day, they seemed to know that i meant business, and got on great, they were sorted in about 10 days too!!
have had only a few accidents, and Eden and Liberty are almost dry at night now also, i lift them before i go to bed, and 90% of the time, they are dry in the morning if i get to them quickly when they wake!
i decided to do E&L together, because i didnt want the hassle of doing it all over for a third time! it worked out great for me!
i worried for months about doing it, like you! but it wasnt so bad in the end!!
good luck

I have BBG triplets and I started with my daughter first since everyone told me that girls are easier. It took me about 6 months to get her trained. Then comes the boys, one of them took about 2 months and the last one didn't want to try until he was close to 3-1/2. It took him a couple of days and he never had an accident. My advise is not to push them until they are ready. Once they are ready, it is so easy and you won't have the frustrations! One at a time worked for me.
Good Luck!
