HI,
I HAVE 15 MONS. TRIPLETS AND WE HAVE BIG ISSUE WITH SLEEPING TIME.
THEY DON'T SLEEP BY THEMSELVES THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOMEBODY,ALSO TO HELP THEM FALL A SLEEP THEY NEED THEIR BOTTLES,EVEN THIER NAP TIME IN AFTERNOON THEY DON'T SLEEP BY THEMSELVES
I REALLY NEED HELP...PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS OR IDEAS

I'm not on here a lot...too busy with working part time and being with my 18 1/2 month old triplets...I know it must be hard...but I think you're going to have to tough it out for a few days until they are use to not sleeping with someone....I'd work on that first then work on taking the bottles away when they lay down. Mine sleep in the same room but in separate cribs of course. We dim the lights a little, play music and then when they're all asleep I shut the lights off, and the music automatically shuts off by itself.

When you start that just give them their bottle a 1/2 to an hour prior to naptime or bedtime. If they need a pacifier then fine,,,if not then nothing. One of mine uses a paci, another uses her thumb and another uses nothing...
