The owner of Lilypie has created a fix that allow us the flexibility to have just the age posted beneath the ticker line -- and, also allows us to put an additional line on top. This results in my being able to have my ticker back!! (See below!)

I wrote and thanked her for helping us in this way. Since so many of us wrote to her to complain about the change that automatically assigned the word "twins" when two babies were selected, it might be very nice if everyone could send thank you's for the fix.

I am so pleased to have my ticker back!!

Cat -- thanks for the heads up. To get rid of the extraneous stuff, you just have to delete a few piece of code (I'm adding spaces so this should all show up):

(bracket) u r l = h t t p : / / l i l y p i e . c o m (bracket) < img > (and then another) < img >

Make sure to delete the bracket < leading in and the > going out. The < img > is what gets you to see the weird icon with the square, circle, triangle -- deleting it will remove the icon.

Edited to fix what you see and add: What you're seeing as greater than or less than signs (math teacher in me) are really brackets (squared off parentheses), but they won't show up that way on this bulletin board.
