#138, "Where do triplets sleep? Co-Sleepers?"

Hello,

I'm new to the triplet scene. Just found out that I am 4 months pregnant with triplets about 2 weeks ago at my routine ultrasound, what a shock!

I'm trying to find out what is the best way to keep the triplets near by so that I can breastfeed at night.

Has anyone used co-sleepers?
How many do you need (I was thinking of buying just two sleepers and putting 2 babies in one sleeper and one in another)
Are there any co-sleepers you recommend?

Thanks for the input!
God Bless!

Hi and Welcome to Triplet Connection! Congratulations on your exciting news...it is a shock at first. My BBG babes are now nearly 5 months old and sometimes I still cannot believe that they came out of my body! It has been the best time of my life.
Here's how we did it. We used a co-sleeper next to the bed and an in-bed sleeper for the third baby (they sell these little box-type things that open up and baby can sleep between you and your DH. Because my babies were premies and we have a pillow-top mattress, I was very wary of sleeping with them "in-arms" for the full night (due to SIDS risk) and so these options kept them close by and easy to pull out and snuggle. Better yet, because one little sweetie had reflux I was able to put his bouncy seat into the co-sleeper and then had easier access to him during the night.
Enjoy!
