I had a very poor customer service experience with the Baby Go To Sleep center in Colorado Springs. I had ordered a CD in April and had no problem. I was getting another copy in July for my sister and when I called to place the order, they quoted me a higher price. I told Tom (person taking the order) that I had paid a lower price just three months ago, he said it could not be. It has always been the same price. I then mentioned the Triplet Connection website that I was a triplet parent and basically he said “tough”

I did go back and check my credit card statement and sure enough I had paid a much lower price in April.

Just thought I would let you all know about my experience.

They will not get any more of my business!!!
