It does not come with car seats but I have to speak highly of the stroller. We cancelled a Peg Perego order after waiting months for it and are glad we did. The Runabout has been great and goes anywhere (on and off road). Getting it into a vehicle is another story.

The RA has fixed seats that the babies are strapped into. You may be thinking about the TripleDecker which is a folding stroller frame onto which you can clamp infant car seats. We had both the TD and the RA. The TD was wonderful because it will fold flat and fit in the back of almost any vehicle. The babies remain in their car seats and are clamped onto the stroller so it is very efficient to transfer them and move out. We loved our TD until the babies outgrew the car seats. Once they did we sold it (recovered around 80% of the purchase price).

I highly recommend both the TD and the RA.
