I've seen a few different kinds of swaddler blankets for sale online. You know, the kind that velcro or snap to keep the baby snug. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and any preferences with regard to ease of use, baby comfort, etc. They seem kind of expensive to buy 3 of them without knowing if they're worth it or not.

I just swaddled my guys until I had to wrestle them to get them wrapped up, and then we switched to sleepsacks, which I love. Our first two sets came from Carters, but they don't make bigger sizes, but I searched the internet and found some that are very big. I am hoping that this will keep them from climbing out of their cribs at a young age. I am confident that Abraham would have escaped already if it hadn't been for these things!

We also just swaddled using receiving blankets then switched to sleep sacks when they refused to be swaddled any longer. However, if you're set on a "swaddler", all my friends swear by the "Miracle Blanket".

We swaddled until they escaped, then switched to sleep-sacs, which were awesome! I was sad when they grew out of them :~(
