My Mother recently purchased a Little Tykes workbench for the kids and some extra accessories. I was playing with the Monkey rench when it came apart in 3 pieces. 1 small enough to fit in your toddlers mouth. I emailed Little Tykes and told them about the problem and they called me the next morning. 2 days later UPS came to pick it up. They are now sending me 3 vacuums for the triplets. if you have this toy you should contact them
