I just wanted to let you know I have had MANY customer service problems with a company called BABYAGE.COM.

I called within the correct time period for an RA number and they never sent it. Then when I called back they said there is no record of my call and sorry we cannot help you. Then when I called again, they did not even have my follow up phone calls logged.

I have been asking to speak with a supervisor or manager and their response is we will let them know and if they feel it is necessary to return your call they will. I was livid and am demanding to speak and be transferred. I wasn’t even screaming, I wanted to, but I haven’t yet. So I got the manager’s name and was going to call and she sends me a standard email response, not even a phone call. I have left her a message and have emailed her with the following problem as well.

One CS rep asked me to forward an email I received from another CS rep and when I confirmed her email she said that was correct. I emailed it and I got user unknown! So I saw the format of the other person and I took a stab at it and I was right. So she responded, ok you got my email.

Can you believe it!!

There are plenty of other baby stores, I’d suggest staying away from Babyage.com, they clearly have issues.
