#700, "Question for those of you with a Triple Decker"

I posted this on another thread but I thought I would also post it here. I have twins that will be 22 months when this next baby is born. I was thinking about buying the triple decker base, converting two of the seats to toddler seats (with the instructions by someone on this board) and then snapping my Graco infant seat on for the baby. My question is, as the toddlers get older, is the TD hard to steer (b/c it really wasn't built for the converstions though people have done it). I am going between a TD and Runabout, but a runabout doesn't accomodate an infant or infant seat. Would appreciate some feedback on the ease of the TD and if you like how it moves with heavier children in it Thank you!
