My secret is simple...Weight Watchers! About 7 mths after my girls were born I joined WW. 5 mths later, I lost 30 lbs. total. Unfortunately, they stopped having meetings in my town and it's inconvenient to drive to the next larger town to go to meetings. So...I have gained about 10-12 lbs. back, though I am still trying very hard to keep it off. Thanks for the compliment, girl! My best advice for losing weight is to make it a very high priority and choose a plan you can live with the rest of your life.

Thank you for sharing what you do! That is great that it has helped you! My friend was on that program and she lost a lot of weight.
I run almost everyday, but still trying to watch what I eat. I am trying the veg way, but sometimes the occassional fish/chix slips in there
