Road, I saw your post. Hope you're not gone for long. I hope even more that you can find a sight where people are not intentionally antagonizing one another (refer to the post by Jswaun).

I don't mind the type of post like that by MTM. She posted something that I think some of the other fathers would find intriguing. There are also posts from mothers that are looking for a fathers opinion. I feel those are also fine to be posted here. If I had question that I wanted a veteran parent's opinion on, I would definately post it there.

I do strongly agree with you on not having mothers join in and comment on an ongoing discussion between fathers or a question a father has chosen to post here.

There are certain users that I know (as do you) love to argue and will intentionally mis-represent anything that is posted in a game of one-upmanship. I have chosen to ignore these users after the last heated thread in the veteran's forum. I don't ejoy arguing with my wife, why would I want to argue with someone else's? I feel bad for their husbands....

You're right Jonathan. My post was written in anger. I just felt bad that MTM cannot share something she's excited about without having to apologize for posting here.
