Here are a few pics of our crew GGG (2yrs 9 months) The first 2 pics show their "rewards" for going on the potty. I asked Alexis, who would she want me to make her when she finally started to poop on the potty and she said Mr. Krabs. So here is the whole crew in their room. I cut these out of a sheet of plywood and painted them with crafft paint form Wal-Mart. I found it really therapeutic to do.
The last pic is of the new swing set. What a nightmare! Guy advice here: NEVER BUY A HEDSTROM SWING SET. Bad directions, bad labeling, missing parts etc.
But they seem to love it. Now if it would only stop raining so they can use it.

Great job on everything - Sponge Bob, girls, swings and water table.
We went to the Monterey Aquarium the other day and now my son wants a tank in which to keep a shark and some sea turtles. Any ideas?

LOL actually you can cut plexiglass and use an epoxy that is marine life safe, to put it together.
I cut open an old Macintosh and fashioned a fishtank out of plexi for my class room. It really freaked the kids out!
Now as for the shark and seaturtles...you're on your own there

I don't know much about HOM (yes, I'm new here), but I do know about aquariums.
As far as the tank goes, you can use glass or acrylic. Acrylic is much nicer (better optical clarity as well as lighter), but it is expensive. You can also chemically bond it (I forget the name of the chemical, but an acrylic supplier should know what it is). If you go with glass, make sure it is tempered glass. You can epoxy and silicone it together (make sure the silicone is NOT anti-mold/fungal). there are a couple of web sites I can recommend for water treatment and lighting, or I can answer some questions as they come up.
It sounds like an ambitious project. Good luck with it and keep me posted.
