I am trying to create an invitation for my daughters HS graduation. This is what I have so far. Can anyone finish this for me or have any suggestions on how to make it better. I know this may sound cheesy. Poetry/writing is not one of my strong suits.
Any advise/critism would be appreciated.

I am so proud of Jackie. She has worked long and hard for many years. Not only with her school work but with gymnastics practice at a club. I think I posted about her receiving a FULL athletic scholarship to Utah State for gymnastics. She recently competed for the last time B4 college at the National champhionships in Orlando. Out of the 56 girls she came in 8th on Vault, 8th on Beam and 10th on Floor. (she doesnt do so well on Bars so in all around she placed 27th. Still not bad.) She was happy and that makes me happy.

Good memory.

Yes, Ryan and Allison are hard at work trying to get things going. They now have a church, hall and caterer. My job is to keep giving names for the guest list. And ofcourse writing out checks.

I'm still not quite sure where I fit into all of this planning but I am sure they will let me know.

Good luck with the grad party. They are soooo much fun.

Someone is always needing money for something. I am trying to get my Danny to get a summer job. (He will be 16 next month) The concept of working and not hanging out is just killing him.

Sorry I don't have any suggestions. You have been given some good ones though. I just wanted to say WTG and congratulations to your daughter Jackie! I don't know her but I am excited for her! Especially since she is going to be a Aggie. Gooooo Aggies!

This is where most of my family and cousins went to college. Everyone had to take advantage of the grandparents owning a college dorm lol plus having the grandparents around (my grandma loved having the grandkids around to feed, visit and go to Aggie games with lol) I was going to go but God had other plans for me. I have two brothers going there right now and they like the college and the city. I love Logan City, it is so beautiful. I miss it! I have so many good memories of it since grandparents lived there for as long as I can remember. Even I did for a year. We are heading up there mid June for some family reunions at Bear Lake and in Logan Caynon. I can't wait!

I wish you and Jackie all the best and hope she likes it there as much as I did.

Angela, Thanks for all the great words about Utah State. Jackie is really looking forward to going there. I didnt go with her when she visited but I from the pix I could tell it must be beautiful. We are all planning to take a family vacation and drop her off. She is not looking forward to that. We have been joking around with her and she is scared for us to all go.

I am a little sad that the college is so far away from us. I am going to be going miss her like crazy not to mention go thru gymnastics withdraw. She has been doing this since she was 3. I hope my husband will agree to direct TV so that we may be able to see the meets that are televised. I saw her schedule for next year and the closest meet to Chicago will be at Central Michigan University. I will be there.
