#18676, "Most Embarrassing Moments"

Moms & Dads, what is/was your MOST embarrassing moment...caused by your children? We're not talking about being pg & peeing on yerself...that's simply a pg-thing. I mean something your little darlings had a hand in. Could be something they SAID...or something they DID. One child...or ALL of your children, LOL.

At a store? In front of a neighbor? In front of company? At the IL's house? Funeral? Wedding? In church?

What a great post! I laughed hysterically at some of the answers - I feel like my life is a bit boring now! (though I am NOT requesting it change )

I am on the health and wellness committee at school and ds told his OT when she gave him candy as a prize, "my Mom says you are not supposed to give out candy at school". She told him she was going to give that bag and then not anymore! UGH!

Last week I had ds in for his physical, (I am a therapist at the health center so know the dr fairly well), dr does whole deal then asks "you wear a helmet when you ride you r bike don't you? You know about stranger safety?>..- DS looked at him like he had never heard of such things. I was like "Brendan - your bike helmet..." I felt like a bad mom trying to cover up for all the things I did wrong - like it only made me look worse than Brendan's blank look!

And oh I love when they ask questions about anatomy in a public restroom (when we are all in the stall crowded together!

I could write a book about Dylan, but your stranger one reminds me . . .
They were talking about strangers. Dylan adamantly insists that he DOES NOT like strangers. Good, eh? But then he says, "When I see a stranger I just say, 'Hi! My name is Dylan!'"
