I have bbg triplets and they are healthy. Developementally they are right on track. What I am wonderin is when I start actual table food. They are refusing baby food and cereal. They will be nine months old next week. Any thoughts as what I should do?

Do they show any interest when they see you eat? We started giving table foods as soon as they started 'begging' which was I think around 7 or 8 months. Mine just LOVE food and you cannot eat anything around them without sharing.

Mine are almost 11 months and if it were up to me I would be feeding them all table food but my hubby goes the easy route at times and gives them baby food. Oh well at least he helps!

We started ours around 10 mo. actual I think. Yogurt and sliced cheese (torn into little pieces) were a couple of things we did. (You can do yogurt and cheese before you do whole milk as they're processed differently, unless of course your kids have a milk allergy.) Lots of people do banana and avocado as they're relatively soft, so even if the kids don't have a lot of teeth, they can still get it down without a lot of effort.
