We are eating a lot more food and taking a lot less milk. On average, how much milk do your girls get per day? We are at about 20 oz. each throughout the day. It is great for my pumping but I want to see what others take.

Thanks!

mine are 8 months or 6 months adjusted and we do about 20 oz a day plus food. It is a shock when they cut back so much. I talked with my ped. about it because I was so concerned but they said it was normal.

We were told 20-24 ounces from 9-12 months was fine and normal. My kids were not good drinkers. Some days it was hard to get 18 ounces in them.

we're 10 months (8 adjusted) and have never been good drinkers. it's the reflux I think. They're still on high calorie formula (24 cal/oz for two and 26 cal/oz for one) and they usually take 15-20 oz per day. Although two days ago we took 10, 11, and 14 total for the day. We see a nutritionist who wants them to take 24-32 per day. I think it drops to about 16 oz at a year. I guess it depends on how they've been growing to see if it's enough. As long as they're following a good growth curve then I wouldn't worry about it.

On an average day they take about 20-24 oz. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Then 2 meals of baby food a day.
