Definitely not everyday - more like 2x a week. I can't figure out how I would fit that in everday since there are some days I can't seem to get to solid foods. Allison

Mine get one about once a week. My 4yo doesn't even get a daily bath. If she's in the house all day, what's the point. Once she starts school next year, she'll probably need one every day, but I'm not starting before I have to. Sarah

Ours get a bath every other day before their last bottle. I bathe them, put lotion on, put on jammies, turn out the lights, and feed. Then, it is straight to bed. They sleep sooo good on bath nights, I have thought about doing them every day! Megan

You are not alone! Mine get one once a week -- even with good intentions to do more. Mine also seem to stay in their sleepers/pjs until they leak or start to stink. I feel horrible, but am still trying to survive. My poor 2 year old only gets a bath once a week right now too. Heck, I am starting to go about every 4 days now!!!
I wish, wish, wish, wish I felt like I had this under control, but it seems like it is getting worse. And, add in that I seem to be up every hour at night now, I am darn tired and feel like I am failing at this. I know I am not, but just need a vacation! Or a bath. At that age (and really up until 6 mo.) we bathed once a week. (Unless they had major spit-up or a messy diaper). Only recently have we started bathing more often and that is because they are more active, they are eating solid foods and they enjoy the bath. Lastly, they sleep through the night and let's face it, I have more energy to give baths more often.
We give them all a bath on Sunday night and then we bath one or 2 of them on different days (once or twice) during the week. On average they get about 2 baths a week. The during the week baths are more for them to enjoy the bath, splish-splash, playing with duckies, having one-on-one time with mom or dad. The Sunday bath is the head-to-toe make sure the baby is squeaky clean, you're in, you're out kind of production.
BTW-I spoke with my pedi at length about bathing. She was of the opinion that when they are super young they don't really need a true bath (just sponge bath). At about 1 mo. old or so we started doing water bath (no soap). Then at some point we started with the soap. She told us that she thought that a really young baby's skin is too delicate to be bathed every day.

Now I'm starting to think I'm crazy!! We bathe every day before bedtime. I bathe, massage with lotion, and change their clothes. I feel like they are really dirty if I skip a day. Maybe I need to rethink this a little bit. of course, mine are only six weeks adjusted so they are still little and easy to bathe. I also bathe my triplets once (or rarely twice) a week. I asked our pediatrician and she said that was fine for now. =) You're not alone!
