When mine were at the crawling stage, it was starting to get cold outside, so we couldn't do a lot of outdoor activities. However, before they started crawling, we took them to the park on a blanket and let them roll around. I'd imagine you'd be able to do the same with yours. With ours, we just kept them indoors and let them crawl around at home. It's a hard stage to really have a ton of activities, since they are on the floor and you don't really want them getting all the germs from the outside world quite yet.
If you have help and a quiet neighborhood park, you could take them there and put them down the slide slowly on their bellies. That's how we taught our three to go down the slide. But you'll want to have one person at the top and one at the bottom to catch.
Ours also didn't crawl for too long, only a couple months, there are a ton more activities when you can walk. It's a hard stage to entertain.
