I know how many servings of each food group you should shoot for a day. But aside from milk/juice, I'm just curious how much actual food your kiddos eat per meal? My girls rarely seem hungry in between meals (we do 3 meals a day with milk/juice, and then a before bed bottle of milk), and they're gaining weight and on the chart, but they're in a "we don't want to eat a lot at meals" cycle now, so it has me curious again.
