I am curious to see how other triplets this age are eating (bottles & solid foods). Mine seem to want to "bottle snack" all day, sometimes want solid foods at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and sometimes don't. I nursed my older two girls on demand, so bottles are all new to me.

Thanks!

By this age our triplets were eating solids for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have always loved to eat. I set up our schedule so they had solid feeding times...
(I think at that age our schedule looked like this)
6:30am up and dress
7am solids breakfast with sippy
8am bottle
9am nap
11am bottle
12pm solids lunch with sippies
1pm nap
3pm bottle/ snack
5pm solids dinner/ sippies
6pm start bedtime routine
6:30pm bottles
7pm everyone in bed

Our pedi was happy with a formula intake between 20-28oz at that point.
Are you offering sippy cups yet? If not you might want to start that (water, juice). Our kids hated regular sippies but love the straw sippies, so you may have to see what they like and what works for them.
Good luck and hope this helped a little.

This is very helpful to see. How long do they nap?

Their naps just depend on the day but are anywhere between 45 min to 2 hours.
