I searched "stroller" tonight and was overwhelmed by all the posts and replies! I ordered the triple decker and was anxiously awaiting its arrival and was completely bummed today when it arrived. I have tiny little 4 month olds who fit in their car seats nicely but when they were put onto the triple decker frame their feet were smashed into the front of the seat in front of them. This isn't going to work for us and so here I am on the search again! My hubby is wanting a single file type of stroller but I am certainly not against a jogging type stroller. Our budget is anything under $500. Let me know what stroller you LOVE.

If you want a stroller that will get you through the next couple of years and works for a variety of terrains... the Runabout is great.

You could order seat covers off Etsy.com to make it cute, and use infant head rolls (like you use in carseats with infants) while they are so little.

The stroller is easy to use in crowded places like shopping malls and festivals, great on bumpy/unpaved paths, easy to push, has a great sunshade, and holds it's value pretty well.

Look for used ones on Craigslist and local consignment stores. If you find one that is missing a part or has grimy straps... get it and order new parts from Berg Design, they have great customer service.

I used my Runabout until the kids were 4 years old and they all still fit comfortably with plenty of leg room.

Peg Perego Triplette is the BEST BEST BEST!! They are a breeze to steer and fold up to fit in your vehicle. Perhaps you can find a used one on craigslist or your MOMS group in or near your area.

PS- Make sure you find one with a steering wheel.

I went with a used Runabout for home and then bought a Foundations triplet stroller for use when going to the store, doctor, etc. The Runabout wouldn't fit in my car, otherwise I would've used it exclusively. I would have to buy a trailer stand for it and then I couldn't park my Odyssey in the garage. So, I instead bought the Foundations stroller which folds up nicely into the hatch. I'm actually pretty happy with it so far and I've used it about 10 times.
I ended up paying about 1/2 for these two strollers (1 new, 1 used) than I would've paid for any other stroller new.
Good luck!
Joey
