Hi everyone. I haven't posted in some time, since then I gave birth to three amazing baby boys. They were born early, 30 weeks, but have been super healthy.

The boys are 5 months, 3 months adjusted, and I am already thinking about Halloween. I wanted to know if anyone had any good ideas for costumes, preferably something inexpensive and scary. Thanks

Do you have a big second hand store for clothing around your area? LIke Value Village ( I don't know if you have that in the states).
This is where I bought all my second hand halloween costumes for my girls and it was cheap too

I wonder about zombie babies? Get gauze and wrap it around them before you go out. You could decorate the stroller too. I don't know if they'd eat any makeup, but I guess you could try something on their faces too.

I suppose you could do vampires too and make the stroller look like a coffin.

For less scary ideas I had someone suggest decorating the stroller to look like a birds net and dressing the boys up to look like baby birds. I saw a no sewing bird costume on a blog recently.

Another was the stroller to look like a crayola box and the boys like crayons. Or lollipops or suckers.

We don't do much for Halloween here, so I probably won't go all out like that. Plus I don't have the time or creativity to actually follow through, but I like that they are unique and a little different.

Costumes have been our triplets favorite "toy" since they were two and a half. I dedicated a blog post to how much they love them. I guess my point is that at least for our family, we definitely get our money's worth out of costumes that we purchase.
