#460, "3 months napping schedule"

Hi everyone! I was hoping that some of you could offer some napping advice for me. My babies are 3 months old and are sleeping through the night, but recently their naps during the day have become almost non-existent! They seriously only sleep for about 30-45 minutes and then wake up. AND it appears that they are now waking each other up with their crying when waking early from their nap! Ugh. HELP! Do any of you have any experience and advice for me and how to get them to sleep longer???

Thanks! =)

Do you follow the 2 hours rule? Don;t let them be awake at that age for more than 2 hours. Once its been that long, its time for them to go down for a nap. If they are overtired they may not sleep well. Are you able to put them in different rooms for naps?

Thanks for your response! Yes, I do use the 2 hours schedule. Take today for instance, I put them down and they slept from 1-1:30, but one woke up and then everyone is up. Ugh. I'd prefer not to seperate them, but perhaps that's what I'll need to end up doing???

If anyone else has some advice for what they have done, I'd really appreciate it
