Oh Goodness two are mobile...and one is already throwing tantrums.
Xander and Hayden are crawling...and Hayden lord help me she is already throwing the go stiff tantrums. Lily my clingy baby is still just happy sitting up on her own.

How many of you have those gate like pen things up to corral your babies?

We are going throught the same thing right now. So I feel your pain. Ruari is throwing tantrums too. She likes to throw her self backward with hands up over the head. What am I in off over the next few years? lol.

oh, I hear ya. It's getting bad around here too. They are all walking, fighting and screaming over toys, 2 throw tantrums. Plus now, they are figuring out ways to get out of the pen. I had to take all the big fun toys out b/c they were climbing on them. I think I'm going to have to baby proof a room and let them have it but I really don't want to since the only room I can do is our den and that's mine and hubby's hang out spot and we aren't too willing to give it up. Booo. Damn those crafty babies!

Same here! They are fighting already...pulling hair and taking toys from one another. And Yes they are all mobile now...omg. We spent 3 days this weekend babyproofing the whole house. We are not going to use gates. We put locks on all the drawers, hid and covered all the electrical and bolted EVERYTHING down. The computer desk is bolted down with all the printer and monitor and stuff taped down, the tv is bolted down along with the tv stand and we built a huge contraption around the fire place to protect them from that. The dressers are even bolted to the floor with locks on the drawers. Thank god we have a small house, but the whole thing is babyproofed. The locks are already getting so annoying though.

I have a feeling that this is only the begining.

Hah, I guess I'm still "lucky" in that mine aren't too mobile yet; but just reading y'alls posts gave me the hives! I really need to get busy on the babyproofing; we have way to many obstacles and cool things available to them. We've had a little bit of tantrum throwing, but not much; mainly just getting a little bit more demanding for attention. But for the most part, they are still very independant; I blame that on me leaving them by themselves to play alot.

Right there with you. One is crawling, one is army crawling, one is scooting. . . . The only toy any of them want is the toy that another baby has, and one of my girls threw an all-out temper tantrum the other day. I looked on in shock. We turned our dining room into a playroom, put down foam mat, and gated it in. The only place we will leave them alone for any amount of time is their cribs or the playroom. I can't imagine what will happen if they ever find a way out of those places. . . .

OH MY, MY.... we're going to be in for it. Nothing like that here yet. No one is really mobile. I have one rolling in her crib which is freaky enough. I'm going to start ordering all the baby proofing materials I need! Thanks for the heads up. Happy Spring!

we're in the same place!

I have 2 crawlers who want to explore everything together. the other one is only just getting up on her hands and knees!

lately the two mobile ones pin down the other one, one grabs her head and the other lays on top of her body. I feel so bad for her!

they are all pulling hair and squeezing cheeks. it's not intentionally mean, but they do hurt each other.

I have one gate so far and a lot more childproofing to go....

mine are 10.5 months

That sounds like us last month! Devyn (the smallest girl) was throwing her head back and kicking and screaming when I picked her up to change her diaper or put her to bed. It was so crazy. She's stopped that now. We are actually sell our little playzone today and making all our $ back except for $10 so I'm happy about that. We bought the neat and tidy cottage and baby proofed our den and the kids LOVE it! Its so much more fun now. I really like having a play room.

Its not looking any better in my house. Two of the boys are comando crawling (if you ask me, they move as fast as crawlers) and one is scooting. One of my ds is a monster in training!!! He gets into everything!!! If you think you baby proofed the house he will definitley find a way to show you that you didnt!! lol.

They are starting to pull hair, and get into everything thats not there toy!! They are not lacking in the toy department. But the truth is I Love it!! They make me laugh all the time. My oldest is now there best frieng and its so cute. Its getting hard, but for me its a diffrent and sometimes silly hard. So far so good!! Cant wait and see what the rest of this ride will bring.
