Hello everyone- I am sorry I have not been on the site in a long time. When reading through Forums today I noticed a lot of you have babies waking up during the night. My friend with triplets gave me a book called Twelve Hours' of Sleep by Twelve Weeks old. For triplets and quads it is more like 14-16 weeks but it works. It is a short book and gives step by step directions. My family and friends are all in amazement at how well our 3 girls go to bed each night (lay them down awake), do not wake up for 12 to 12 1/2 hours each night (with very few exceptions i.e. sick or teething)and wake up happy and talking in the morning vs. crying. It is truly a miracle and does not use the cry out method. The author is a baby coach that families pay big bucks for to come train their kids how to sleep. Again the book is Twelve Hours' Sleep By Twelve Weeks Old, by Suzy Giordano. Follow her instructions and stick to it, it works and you will have your nights back. Good luck.

I totally agree. The only problem with the book is how to help them sleep better during naps. My kids are almost 4 months and they sleep right at 12 hours a night. It is heavenly.

I tried to get this book at my library and they didn't have it. I looked her up online and read a few articles. Can you describe her methods? I have bought a few books on sleeping through the night, and none of them have helped with the daughter who doesn't sleep. Her methods kind of seemed like a hybrid of the others.
