#990, "Triple Mountain Buggy or Triple Jogger?"

I posted this on the toddler forum but I thought I would post this here aswell.

Anyone have any suggestions? I want a stroller for the summer that is good for my 2 yr olds and long walks/jogs. I have the TD now and is converted obviously not the best for his purpose.

Any input would be appreciated.

I have the Mountain Buggy and think it is wonderful. I don't have any experience with the "triple jogger" but the buggy is a jogger and it is so easy to handle.

I have the Mountain Buggy and LOVE IT! It's so easy on walks, doesn't even begin to compare with the TD.

I have both - Mountain buggy is the outdoor stroller, TD is for stores. The front seat of the Triple Decker is not secure enough for me to really consider jogging except on pavement (if the front of the front seat were to somehow lift such as on a curb or large rut, the hook can disengage). The mountain buggy is really wide, and with four wheels more stable. It also seems to have a lower center of gravity. My mountain buggy is older, with the non-swiveling wheels, but I understand you can lock the wheels straight on the newer one.

Does it fold with with third seat in place, or does it need to be removed first?

The 3rd seat does need to pop off before you fold it...takes 15 seconds to do it...literally.

I tried to fold it down with it on...it will fold down...but its bulky and awkward.....much bette to take it off.

Hi,

We have used the Triplet Mountain Buggy (bought second hand) since the birth of our triplets in Feb 2009 and find it really good for going outside for walks etc with the babies, as it is 'all terrain'. Sorry no experience of the other one.
