We used 3 Fisher Price Healthy Care Boosters. Just set them in a row on top of a beach towel. And I sat on the floor in front of them. The boosters have trays, so they learned to feed there. Worked perfectly! And once they started self-feeding, we just moved the boosters into regular chairs at the kitchen table.

Be careful about buying large stuff like that - you will be out of space before you know it!
