I've been searching for a dollhouse (for barbie sized dolls) that is big enough for my three 5 year old girls to share. They always want to play at the same time, so I know it has to be pretty big, but I don't want to pay a fortune. Does anyone have one that has worked pretty well? TIA.

This is the one I was looking at from Costco. It has an instant rebate right now. It is two sided so the girls can play with it at the same time.

I like the looks of the one the pp showed you. We bought the Barbie-brand doll house (three story dream house) last year for Christmas for our dd. I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of the actual Barbie brand when it comes to this particular toy. Almost all of the doors, window frames, etc fall off constantly... you almost don't even have to touch the darned house for it to come off! So you can imagine if a child actually tries to play with it! We have a little bin where all of these pieces sit. Every so often I become determined to get them to stay on, so I try to put them back on, even trying hot glue. Nope... never works. If I could do it all over again (which I can't since we paid so much money for it last year!), I'd choose another brand. Just my fyi...

We have this one from Sears.com

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_05215484000P?vName=Toys+%26+Games&cName=Dolls+%26+Accessories&sName=Dollhouses+%26+Playsets

We've had it for 2 years now and it's just like new! It's big enough for all 3 girls to play at the front at the same time! I've been really pleased with it and it's less expensive than the ones at TRU and other places I've looked!
