And yet, another potty training question from me!

So now, after several months, my 3yo b/b/b are pee potty trained (during the day at least), but we are having a terrile time with poop. Here's the problem: all 3 consistently "save" their poop til I put them down for naps. Then they poop, and of course, won't sleep until they are cleaned up. So this is ruining naptime AND is just gross! I've tried making them all sit on the potty for a long time before they go down for their nap. Hasn't helped. They hate being poopy, so now I have to put them to sleep in a pullups and shorts and DUCT TAPE!! (because otherwise, they take off their own poopy pants). I don't think they are really afraid to poop in the potty (every now and then they do), but they just seem to like pooping at nap time!! AAAAH!

Are my kids just total wierdos??? Any advice? It is killing me!!

We had this too but at night time. It is very frustrating since it creates chaos and delays the sleeping for 30-60 minutes...it must be very aggravating with them doing it during nap time! Anyway, for a while I instituted a reward (for us it was visiting a "forbidden" place...like mom&dad's walk in closet) if they went poop before they went to sleep. I would put them all in their cribs and then whomever was getting the reward would be taken out (one at a time) and get their 5min of time with us (if candy or a toy works better for yours then use that). I kept it up for about a month and we did have to revisit it a couple times for reinforcement, but that seemed to cure them of it.
