#8243, "Anyone Homeschooling Preschool?"
|
Anyone homeschooling their triplets? Mine are 4 years old (BBG), and although I do not homeschool - I would like to supplement what their learning at school, at home, on a more in-depth level. I would like to know how you go about keeping their attention, with things that feel like "work" - repetition in writing skills, sounding letters etc...Any ideas? My kids seem to want to just play and have not been as excited in school as much this year. In addition, I am not very happy with my daughter's preschool lately. For whatever reason, she seems to not be as interested in school this year as in the previous year. My boys had ear tubes and are a tad speech delayed and have had the benefit of a great early childhood class. Compared to my daughter, they seem to be doing excellent academically, where she still has trouble with the alphabet, sounding letters and her name is not written as clearly as theirs. I'm concerened and want to help - just want to make it not seem like "work" for the both of us.
Thank you!
