This might be silly however, have you tried putting the girls down when their brother goes down? They may just take to the earlier nap...
otherwise, I might try adjusting each nap by 15 minutes or so every couple of days -- boy goes down 15 minutes later, girls go down 15 minutes earlier etc.....until you've reached a mutual nap time.

Janet's advice is what we did. Ours wasn't as far apart, but one did get tired much earlier. Moving the early one ahead 10 or 15 minutes, and the later one back the same, works great. After a few days they should be almost at the same.
Am imagining that your ds is usually the first to be up and around in the morning? That would help explain his becoming tired earlier. Or perhaps he's more energetic in the a.m. hours. Rick
