#1682, "Bed time poll"

My triplets are now six years old and we still put them in bed at seven. I am thinking that we need to work on adjusting their bed time to 7:30 or eight

so how old is your gang and what is their bed time

My guys were 6 in July. We have been doing 8pm bedtime for a while now. It works for us only because we homeshool and don't have to get up at a certain time. They usually wake up between 7 and 8am.

Lately, we have been getting them to bed closer to 9. That is pushing it a little and I find they are sometimes cranky the next day.

Confession time here: Not only does Papa steer the dinner too late for the 7:00 p.m. bedtime, but we haven't gotten our tivo connected properly and there are two shows that they really love to see, and I can be a soft touch on that, so...

Frankly, I'd stay at 7:00 p.m. if Papa would eat dinner by 5:30, but at this point with mine, as soon as the tivo is connected and I can control the schedule better, we're going back to 7:30 p.m.
