The outpooring of love and support that we are receiving from family and friends with all of the things that are going on w/Katie.

We took the kids to Olive Garden for their 7th Birthday, last week. It's become a tradition. To make a long story short, it took 20-25 minutes to get the salad a breadsticks after our dirnks arrived. Our meal followed shortly.

The manager came around and asked us how everything was that evening. We politely told him the truth.

He paid for our entire meal, gave us dessert and the kids each a $10 Gift Card to return. How cool is that!!!

A $60 meal and $30 in gift cards!

We own our own construction business, and in this economy things are very tight. Over the holidays we had several people from our church anonymously drop off gifts, money and food to us. It was a blessing to be thought of so much by so many.
