We had a beautiful weekend here with the temps being in the 60's. I'm sorry for all of you in the deep freeze, but it was so nice. We've been struggling with getting personal accountability learned here the past couple of weeks. I have one DS who cleans up his stuff very well and the other two don't. They've been grounded now from all TV, Computer and video games for a week because they don't clean. We'll see how well it goes. Everyone is off from school today, so we'll be cleaning. If we can get things done maybe we'll go swimming at the rec center.

Hi - Not many replies yet - everyone must be busy! I am home with S who has "asthmatic bronchitis" - hopefully he will be feeling better and able to go to school tomorrow- though I was happy to have an excuse to stay home from work today!

1. Are you planning on watching the inauguration tomorrow?
Do not have TV (this is one of those times I want to have access!) - will find it online and have been listening to NPR all morning

2. What do you think of the media coverge of the inauguration? too much, just right, not enough?
No TV so I am ok with it.

3. Today is MLK day, do you do anything to commemorate it?
No - I worked though kids and dh were off

4. What did you forget was closed today?
Post Office - asked ds if dh had checked the mail

5. What's on tap for the rest of the month, anything big?
Just slowly organizing and cleaning out at home and weekends are busy with xc skiing and snowboarding.

very jealous of your 60 degree weather right NOW..
We are in NNJ - and the snow and below freezing temps the last 2 weeks are draining me .. kids love it - sledding every day

1. Are you planning on watching the inauguration tomorrow? - just watched here in the office .. today is my baby girl's 29th birthday - when she was born Ronald Regan was being sworn in that day - can't believe that was 29 years ago!!
