1. What was the best part of the superbowl last night? I hate watching football and didn't care who won. So, I curled myself up in a chair with a book, keeping dh company while he watched!

2. What was the best commercial? The only commercial I saw was the one with the two babies! I LOVE those commercials anyway!

3. Any big things happening this month? Other than medical issues with Katie, nope.

4. There are 5 Holiday this month, which ones will you celebrate (Hint: They are Groundhog Day, Valentine's Day, President's Day, Flag Day & Ash Wednesday)? Valentine's Day and Ash Wednesday.

5. Taxes done yet? Nope. We meet with the accountant on Tuesday. I hope we get a decent check this year. We are gonna try to "squirrel" this one. Dh wants to buy new furniture and a plasma for our front living room but convinced him that we really do not NEED that. With Katie's impending surgery and my loss of income for a few months because of that, I just don't feel comfortable spending $$ on unnecessities,kwim?

Not much on the agenda for this week. Dh took me (and the dog,lol) away for the weekend and it was so relaxing. No place special, we stayed at dh's brothers cabin and chilled in front of the fireplace for the most part. Lot's of eating out and I feel like a bloated fish! Not one veggie passed my lips,lol! We spent Saturday evening at a friend's ice fishing, which was much more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be! A campfire on the ice, food, good friends and plenty to drink, actually TOO much to drink,lol! I was moving pretty slow on Sunday morning,lol!

DH went to a friends to watch - I went to bed early after big weekend of lots of outside time (in the cold!)

Going to inlaws in PA for the beginning of Feb break

Valentines Day - just little something for DH and the boys - no big deal. We will be visiting family then
