Thought this was too interesting not to share. I think I already sensed that in my own marriage at times - feeling drained after DH comes home in a bad mood when just moments earlier I'd felt upbeat and motivated.

I am not surprised at this study.
I have always noticed the kids certainly take their attitudes from my moods.

I guess the "trickle down theory" DOES work in this case.

It is definately true. When DH comes homs in a bad mood (which he often does) it makes me shut down and get into a funky mood immediately. It sucks!
